Top Bore Cleaners for Precision Shooters

What bore cleaners do you rely on for your precision rifles? I've tried a couple but am looking for the one that really gets the job done without damaging the rifling. Interested to hear your experiences!

There is a WIDE field out there..
Are you looking to remove Copper, powder residue, or just to protect the bore?
I just clean with old Hoppe's #9, dry patch, and than most any light oil==I REALLY like Marvel's Mystery Oil for any light lube, and it is cheap==I buy it by the Gallon to also run through the fuel systems of my daily drivers...Bill.

Is a TOP choice for Maintenace on most any firearm.
I look mostly to getting the "Grit" out of my firearms, and then just a light lube to protect between outings.

Kind of off the track for bore cleaner, but I REALLY Like this Ole Guy..
Has the New England accent, but has LOTS of GREAT information.
I did take His advise on buying the CHEAP Mineral Oil, you can get @ CVS/WALGREENS=Works GREAT Too..Bill.

I’m still using Hoppes. 50 years of success. I can’t say it doesn’t work. Smelly stuff though.

no, its a all in one CLP. it also has a minty scent to it, its quite pleasant.
our military uses it too, at least the marines. ive seen on some docu series recently, it was in the background.

but i just think patch out works better and it is strictly a cleaner.
