I’m not quite sure when it began, but after putting my G45 through its paces for a while, I started to notice that the trigger feels a bit off from shot to shot sometimes. I tried to work on it during dry practice, but it feels perfectly fine then. It only seems to happen when I’m actually shooting live rounds.

^^^^^^

As in how??
Run the Snot out of it and get use to it.
Glocks do have a way of "Wearing in"==With the tool and the shooter too.

I thought maybe some of this was just the usual wear and tear on both the gun and myself. I've definitely been putting a lot of rounds through it, so I plan to keep using it and see if things start to smooth out over time. It really caught my attention because the issue is only noticeable when I'm firing live, not during dry practice.

For me--when a trigger "feel" seems different, on my Glocks, I will field strip, and take my blow gun (assume that you have an air compressor??) to the trigger bar/connector assembly, and clean out all grit that can accumulate.
Followed by a drip or two of Marvels Mystery oil in that area and on the slide rails, and I am good to go..Bill.
