How are you planning to use your Thanksgiving leftovers?

We’ve been getting really creative with our turkey! It all started with open-faced sandwiches topped with gravy and a side of winter veggies. For breakfast, we enjoyed sweet potato biscuits, and lunch is shaping up to be turkey nachos. Tonight, we’re planning to grab some pho from a nearby spot and mix in that leftover dark meat.

Haha I totally get it! I’m right there with you! We’ve been working on that turkey like it’s our job. At this rate, the leftovers might give up before we do!

We usually chop the turkey into nuggets, batter, and deep fry. Very tasty. I like mine with honey.
